Refund policy

Before you send anything back
A return can be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. There are no restocking fees.

Email info@blairhamilton.com with your order number before returning an item. Our team will send the instructions needed to move forward.

Returning your order
The cost of sending a return back is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so the parcel can be followed until it arrives with us.

If you would rather exchange the item instead of receiving a refund, mention this when you contact our support team and we will assist.

When your refund is issued
Once the return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the transfer.
